Key facts
Processing & production time
- In-stock: 2–5 business days to prepare, quality-check and package.
- Made-to-order / limited editions: usually 3–5 weeks. We confirm timelines by email if they differ.
Shipping regions
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Rates and available services appear at checkout. If your location is not supported, please email us.
Carriers & tracking
Orders ship via DHL Express or comparable traceable, insured carriers. A tracking number is sent once your order is dispatched.
Duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These are not collected by Enso Design Lab unless expressly stated at checkout and remain the recipient’s responsibility.
Delivery estimates & delays
Carrier ETAs shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspection, weather and local service outages can extend delivery. We will assist with tracking and carrier escalation where needed.
Risk of loss & signature
Title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier. For higher-value shipments, a signature on delivery may be required. If you request “no signature,” you accept the risk for unattended deliveries.
Address accuracy & failed delivery
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Costs from address corrections, refused deliveries, storage, or return-to-sender may be charged to the customer and deducted from any eligible refund (where applicable).
Packaging
Environmentally conscious materials, custom-fit boxes and archival tissue. Packaging is part of the experience and reflects the stillness of the circle.
Multiple items & split shipments
Orders with items from different chapters (e.g., jewelry and furniture) may ship separately depending on production and storage locations. We’ll notify you if a split shipment is required.
Lost or damaged packages
- Damage on delivery: contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item.
- Lost in transit: if tracking stalls or does not update for a reasonable time, contact us — we will open a carrier claim. If the carrier confirms loss, we will refund or replace (subject to availability).

Lead times are estimates and may vary by material and finishing. We’ll keep you informed of meaningful timeline changes.
