Return Period
Customers can return products within 30 days of receiving their order. For European customers, a 14-day cooling-off period applies, during which they can return the order for any reason.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, with all tags and labels intact, and in their original packaging. Items that have been altered or damaged after receipt are not eligible for return.
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Personal hygiene items, including earrings and swimwear
- Items purchased on sale
- Gift cards
Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect items received
- Items not as described on the website
Return Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

3. Ensure that all items are properly packed to prevent damage during shipping.
Return Shipping Costs
In cases of defective items or errors in the order, Enso Design Lab will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s). Please note that additional time may be required for the refund to be processed by your bank or payment system.
Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer an exchange service. To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains defective items, please contact our customer support immediately upon receipt. Be sure to take photos of the damage and retain the packaging for further inspection by the courier service.
