When I look back on a decade of building businesses – from a fintech startup in payments to a foodtech venture and now a design lab – one lesson stands out: innovation means nothing without purpose. In my early fintech days, I was obsessed with technology disruption, but I learned that even the smartest app succeeds only if it truly solves a human need. Later, in the foodtech realm, working to bring convenience to everyday meals, I discovered the value of customer experience and trust – people embrace new solutions when they feel understood and valued.
