Introduction
Welcome to the “Celebrate Life” column by Enso Design Lab™—a space where we uncover stories of inspiring individuals who find deep meaning in everyday life. Today, we have a special guest: Justyna Robinson. Her positive attitude, love for family, and wise insights have already helped many see daily life in a new light.
Justyna is a shining example of how to stay in harmony with oneself, balancing career, sports, health, and family joys while maintaining that unmistakable spark in her eyes. In this interview, she shares what gives her life meaning—how a day at the beach with loved ones can “reset” her mind, and how a hug with her daughter can erase any worries. We’re proud that Justyna chose our platform to share her story. Join us as we dive into her world!
1. The “Here and Now” Moment
Q: When was the last time you felt completely immersed in the present moment? What was happening, and why was it so valuable?
Justyna:
January 1st. Over the past few years, with the birth of my daughter Zoe, I’ve grown to love the first day of the year. It feels like it sets the tone for life ahead. We spent it actively—my family and I went to the beach with blankets, a ball, and a kite. It was amazing to watch Zoe run around happily while her grandparents smiled at her. Later, we felt like sitting around a fire, and as if by magic, a compact outdoor stove was delivered to us that very day—it felt like destiny’s gift! We spent the evening by the fire, roasting marshmallows, bundling up in cozy sweaters, and laughing. These moments erase all worries—in them, I felt truly present and profoundly happy.
2. Personal “Secret” Joys
Q: Do you have a small ritual or habit that always lifts your spirits?
Justyna:
Over the years, I’ve realized I love long walks by the sea, where I’m completely alone. No phone, no headphones, no rush. The sound of waves, children’s laughter, and seagulls’ cries help me reset and rediscover the lightness I felt as a child. Back then, we played, ran, and lived without worries. Quiet walks bring me back to that carefree state.
3. Anchor of Positivity
Q: Is there an object, place, or state that gives you positivity even during difficult times?
Justyna:
My daughter is my most precious “medicine.” When we hug, all problems fade away. I also adore the sun, the beach, and sports. Combining these three, along with good nutrition, feels like a secret recipe for happiness. Vitamin D, endorphins, and healthy food create such an energy boost that the inner light stays strong, even on tough days.
4. A Cinematic Scene
Q: Imagine a short film about your life. What scene must be included?
Justyna:
Scenes with my grandfather, of course. We often played chess or cards and helped each other around the house. He taught me to treat people warmly and to smile at strangers. I think this habit—smiling first—can brighten not just my day but also the day of the person who receives that smile.
5. Small Victories
Q: What does a “small victory” mean to you? Can you share a recent example that brought you joy or pride?
Justyna:
Family is already a huge victory. When everyone is healthy, when we gather around the same table, and when we have everything we need for a comfortable life, I feel deep gratitude. We often forget that this is a dream for many people. In terms of work, every new deal or project feels like a personal “upgrade.” It’s how I know I’m growing and moving forward.
6. Current Inspiration
Q: What inspires you the most right now?
Justyna:
My friends and husband—they show me that it’s never too late to learn and try something new. Their example keeps me on my toes and constantly motivates me to grow. I believe that “too late” is just an excuse if we truly want to change.
7. Finding Joy in Hard Times
Q: Have you ever faced a moment when things didn’t go as planned, but you found a way to stay positive?
Justyna:
Absolutely. After a surgery, I gained weight and was banned from physical activity. For someone who loves sports, it was devastating. I fell into depression but eventually sought professional help and began practicing mindful thinking. I realized that no one can change you unless you agree to the change yourself. We are responsible for our own joy, and the only person who can “turn off” negativity is the one who created it—us.
8. Message of Joy
Q: What would you say to someone who’s stopped noticing the little joys in life?
Justyna:
I can’t “turn on” happiness for someone else—that’s their choice. But if I see a friend stuck in negative thoughts, I usually say, “Hey, wake up!” Sometimes, straightforwardness is what makes someone realize they’ve become trapped in their own worries. We all have the right to joy, but we must take a step toward it ourselves.
9. Celebrate Life
Q: What does “celebrating life” mean to you?
Justyna:
Celebrating life means enjoying each day and seeing beauty in simple things. It could be jumping into cool water, dancing wildly in the rain, laughing loudly with friends, or hugging loved ones. Every such moment is full of life and freedom. To me, that’s what “Celebrate Life” is all about.
