What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for a custom corporate allocation?
For our bespoke System 01 artifacts, the minimum production run begins at 10 units per SKU. For standard objects from our curated archive, the minimum allocation is 5 units. This ensures the structural integrity and zero-defect protocol for your organization.
How do you ensure precise corporate identity branding?
We do not use loud printed inks or superficial foils. For ENSO Design Lab artifacts, we utilize blind-debossing. Using custom-milled brass plates, your corporate identity is pressed deep into the leather fibers with immense pressure and heat, creating a permanent, structural part of the material. A zero-defect final inspection is performed before allocation.
What are the standard production lead times?
Lead times vary based on complexity and volume. For standard artifact allocations from our archive, fulfillment is typically 2-3 weeks. Bespoke projects requiring custom brass plates or material sourcing require 4-6 weeks for production. A finalized timeline is provided upon project initiation.
Can we request material or color customization beyond your archive?
Yes. Material and color research for unique B2B gifting systems is a core capability. Through our laboratory, we can source specific leathers, sustainable alternatives, or custom hardware finishes. This service requires a finalized production commitment and adds to standard lead times.
Is presentation packaging included in the corporate allocation?
Yes. Every ENSO Design Lab artifact is delivered in our monumental rigid presentation boxes. Engineered locally in Dubai, the unboxing experience is designed to feel as intentional as the object itself, reflecting the uncompromising standards of your organization.
What are your payment and contractual terms for corporate orders?
Production begins upon receipt of a 50% initial allocation deposit and a signed Master Services Agreement. The remaining 50% is required upon successful final inspection, before dispatch. We operate with strict B2B contractual standards to ensure security and permanence for your organization.
Do you offer drop-shipping for individual executive recipients?
Yes. We can manage the individual allocation and white-glove delivery to global executive recipients. This logistical service includes customized note integration and is managed under a separate fulfillment agreement. A minimum volume is required.
What is your quality defect and replacement protocol?
While our internal zero-defect protocol mitigates risks, a structured replacement program is in place. Any artifact with a manufacturing defect identified upon recipient allocation will be replaced at no cost within our standard production lead times. A detailed replacement guide is included in every client protocol document.
Are physical samples available before a corporate commitment?
Yes. A curated selection of standard artifacts is available for physical review at our Dubai studio. Pre-production samples of bespoke items can be engineered for a fee, which is typically credited toward the final corporate order upon project initiation.
