What are Studio Editions?
Studio Editions are limited objects that express the studio’s language - authored, precisely made, and designed to retain meaning over time.
How do limited runs work?
Pieces may be produced in small batches and can sell out. Availability is shown on each product page. If an item returns, it will be clearly marked as a new batch or edition.
Can I reserve or pre‑order a piece?
For some releases, pre‑orders or reservations may be offered. When available, the option and terms will be stated on the product page and confirmed by email.
Payments & Taxes
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards are accepted. Additional options (such as Apple Pay/Google Pay) may be available at checkout. Bank transfer can be arranged for institutional orders on request.
Which currency will I be charged in?
The currency shown at checkout is the one used for payment. Your bank may apply its own conversion fees.
Are taxes and duties included?
Taxes and import duties vary by destination. Any customs charges assessed by the carrier or local authorities are the customer’s responsibility. When possible, estimates are shown at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship from the United Arab Emirates to many countries. Available destinations and rates are shown at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
Estimated timeframes are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation. A tracking link is sent as soon as your order ships.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for eligible items in original condition and packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can issue return instructions.
Are limited editions or personalized items returnable?
Numbered editions, made‑to‑order pieces, and personalized items are usually final sale, except in the case of manufacturing issues. See the product page for details.

Unless an item is faulty or misdescribed, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Materials & Care
Where can I find care instructions?
Each piece ships with care notes. General guidance: avoid abrasives and harsh chemicals; wipe with a soft dry or slightly damp cloth; avoid prolonged direct sun and high humidity; store in original packaging when not on display.
Do you offer repairs or refurbishment?
Selective repair or finish refresh may be available. Send photos and a brief description - our team will assess feasibility and next steps.
Editions & Authenticity
How is authenticity verified?
Where applicable, pieces include a studio mark and/or a Certificate of Authenticity. Any numbering or signing details are stated on the product page.
Will sold‑out editions return?
Re‑issues are rare and will be clearly labeled if they occur. By default, sold‑out items may not return.
Lead Times & Production
Are items in stock or made to order?
Both models are used. The product page specifies availability and the expected production window where relevant.
Can I request custom materials or dimensions?
Custom requests are considered case‑by‑case through special commissions. Share a short brief via the Contact page, and we’ll advise.
What happens if production is delayed?
We will notify you and offer options—continue, select an alternative (if available), or request a resolution.
