Enso Leadership

Enso Design Lab team reviewing leather bag blueprints, material swatches and hardware around a large studio table with the city skyline in the background.

The Enso Design Lab Team

The Enso Design Lab team brings together designers, architects, engineers, and artisans working as one integrated structure. We don’t just create objects - we build systems where form, function, and meaning converge into a single statement.

Every member of the team thinks like an author - from strategy to the final detail in material. Inside the studio, there are no incidental roles; only individuals responsible for both idea and execution at the same uncompromising standard.

We operate by the principle of slow excellence: fewer projects, deeper focus, and complete attention to every detail. Our people come from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds, united by a shared belief - Humanity deserves better.

Bulat Han is an entrepreneur focused on building systems and products that hold up under the real pressure of life.
At Credit Pilot, he helped transform a reseller operation into a modular fintech platform processing over 15 million monthly transactions and roughly $3B a year. At VR Bank, he built a BaaS marketplace serving more than 200 enterprise clients with about $5B in annual TPV. At Alvo, he achieved industrial-grade accuracy in autonomous retail through computer vision, sensor integration, and licensing-based scale.

This experience shaped a perspective that goes far beyond technology.
Working with systems relied upon by millions, he saw a consistent pattern: most products and processes in the modern world have never been truly designed. They overload people, obscure intent, create friction, and drain time, attention, and dignity. The issue spans far beyond digital services physical products and environments repeat the same flaw: the form exists, the idea exists, but the human value is missing.

This understanding led him to found Enso Design Lab.
The studio isn’t about interfaces or cosmetic improvements. It is about creating things and systems that behave correctly and serve people. For him, design is a mature discipline a tool for shaping a world in which people can live, work, and feel safe with less friction and more clarity.

At Enso, he established a methodology that unifies strategy, architecture, product design, and industrial design into a single coherent logic.
The team builds objects, processes, and digital systems with meaning, structure, and respect for the human being. The work begins with how a product shapes behavior and experience; continues with how its form, materials, and interface explain themselves; and only then arrives at aesthetics never the other way around.

His principle is simple:
create products that reduce noise, improve the quality of life, and return clarity and agency to people.

Because he believes humanity deserves better.
