Ani Han

Founder & Creative Director

Ani Han is a Dubai-based designer and Creative Director, co-founder of Enso Design Lab a studio that approaches design as an infrastructure of trust and cultural capital.

Enso operates across the GCC and the broader Middle East, bridging aesthetics, strategy, and institutional standards. Under Ani’s direction, the studio develops two primary lines of work: design-leadership programs for brands and public initiatives, and Studio Editions limited objects where craftsmanship becomes a language of meaning and enduring value.

Her projects and commentary have been featured in leading international publications including VogueHarper’s BazaarELLEL’OFFICIELCosmopolitanMADAME, and Marie Claire.

Her approach is often described as the new norm of contemporary luxury purposeful, structured, and grounded in trust.

Ani actively contributes to professional dialogues on the future of design, sustainability, and the creative economy: she speaks at industry forums, serves on expert panels and curatorial programs, and mentors emerging designers through educational initiatives.

In her practice, design is not form but a system of thinking and governance. She defines a discipline of quiet design fewer gestures, greater precision where aesthetics evolve into a new currency of trust between business and culture.

Bulat Han is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Enso Design Lab. He leads the studio’s strategy, product focus, and operational resilience, working under the model of Design-Leadership-as-a-Service. Headquartered in Dubai, Enso operates across the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and North America, with a team of about 25 people.

Before founding Enso, Bulat transformed Credit Pilot from a voucher reseller into a modular Any2Any fintech platform. Under his leadership the company relocated its headquarters to Cyprus, cut mobile-bank launch time to ≈ 60 days, and scaled to 15 million monthly transactions with annual turnover exceeding $3.1 billion.

From 2019 to 2021, as Partner at VR Bank, he built a Bank-as-a-Service marketplace on the VRCube microservices platform with full payment orchestration.

Within two years the platform served over 200 enterprise clients and processed ≈ $4.8 billion TPV per year, reducing the time to launch new financial products to four to six weeks.

Earlier, he founded Alvo - an autonomous retail platform combining computer vision and weight sensors with digital-twin and payment-orchestration technology. The system achieved industrial-grade accuracy and scaled through licensing and retrofit deployment.

Bulat’s entrepreneurial journey began at 18 with “124 | Market,” a convenience store that became a local benchmark for efficiency - an early manifestation of his belief in “convenience as a product.”

Today, his approach to leadership in Enso rests on three principles: do things right, not fast; choose projects for their significance, not their scale; and create solutions that deliver lasting value to people and culture.

Design as an Infrastructure of Trust

We operate where design is not decoration but governance. Our role is to set guardrails for quality, assign decision rights, and enforce a discipline in which meaning, form, and economics move in lockstep. We design systems, partnership models, governance frameworks, and roadmaps, that translate ambition into measurable results. Restraint over noise, standards over trend, longevity over novelty.

Every engagement begins with service, meaning, and standards. Service keeps the artifact clear, humane, and usable. Meaning anchors it to context, history, place, materials, the language of the brand. Standards define what is acceptable: fewer elements, better decisions, uncompromising finish. When these vectors align, the work does more than solve a problem; it compounds trust, signals competence, and strengthens reputational capital.

We act as a managing partner: aligning craft with strategy, protecting IP and narrative, and keeping the portfolio in a single, coherent language. We measure success by clarity, adoption, and lifespan, not by volume. Over time, this discipline compounds: discrete initiatives become institutional legacy, identities, objects, and environments built to endure for decades.

The Creative Collective

A curated guild of strategists, designers, engineers, and artisans - working as one practice

We set frameworks and standards so that every communication and product asset strengthens brand equity. A single language and signature ensure portfolio coherence and governance. The result: lower risk, clear quality criteria, faster go-to-market, and work that retains its value over time. This is cultural weight without operational noise.
